"Adventurers Guild is truly the best gladiatorial and adventure game out there. No longer is there a need to wish on the Roll-Up Gods, in search for a blessed warrior! YOU control your character's fate, not a lucky dice roll. From creation to what skills your warrior learns, it is totally up to YOU! Adventurers Guild also lends itself to roleplay alot easier than any other gladiator or adventure sim out there. There is always a way that any new character can fit right in!

The game is constantly improving and the game moderator is the most helpful and attentive that I have ever dealt with. From weekly chats to a group email list, there is always a way to get any question answered, either by Hugh (the game moderator) or by one of the dozens of helpful players.

You truly deserve to be a member of Adventurers Guild!"

"Hugh and Co.,

What can I say great game! I personally enjoy the role-playing aspect of the game. Hugh you've added alot to the game with NPC role-playing as well which I like. Thanks for keeping us up to date on new facets of the game. Just wanted to say thanks for the fun."

"Adventurers Guild (AG) is without a doubt one of the best fantasy role-playing games out there. It doesn't matter what you compare it to. I've played just about every type of RPG out there. I started with D&D, moved on to AD&D, played several other paper RPG's until computer RPG's starting becoming more prominent and then switched to those. When I was introduced to AG back in '91 or '92, can't exactly remember, I was playing Duelmasters at the time. Duelmasters was a pretty good game but it was missing too many things. Everything Duelmasters had, AG had. Everything Duelmasters was missing, AG had. For me AG was AD&D without the paper and dice. It was what I had always wanted a game to be, and more. Unlimited character growth potential. A huge field of skills, though not so many that you would get lost in them. 20 playable races. Gods you can not only worship but can see the benefits of worshipping them. And that is only the icing on the cake as the saying goes. If you want to play a great game with, in my opinion, the best moderator on the planet then definitely try this game."

"Adventurers Guild is a gaming world of surprising depth. A player can hone skills and strategy for one-on-one combat and adventuring, explore as yet untouched areas of the world, or interact with a colorful and diverse group of fellow adventurers. A well-designed game system allows new and veteran characters to exist and interact seamlessly. Turn results are timely and of a consistently high quality.

In years of gaming I've found a no more responsive and accessible GM. Players via email, web based notes-file or weekly online chats, are encouraged to ask questions and suggest improvements. As a result the world is anything but static. New features, sites and races both amuse and challenge. A free setup and initial turn allows a player to try AG at no cost. I highly recommend it."
