1.1. I've received the results from my free trial turn. What next?
At the bottom of the results is your AG web activation code (a 10 digit number) . You will use that and your AG Player ID# (not character ID#) to give yourself access to the AG web area. Here's the step-by-step:
1) Go to http://www.epmgames.com
2) Click on the AG logo.
3) Click on the 'Go to AG Web Area' link.
4) There you can Login using your Player ID# and Activation Code.
If you have any trouble or questions please email Hugh at ag@epmgames.com

1.2. How can I find out more about AG?
The Players Guide is one place. Other elements of the website include the guild hall where newsletters from past turns are stored, and the Chat area with its logs of past discussions.
The advguild group at yahoogroups.com holds a huge archive of mailing list communications regarding AG and its characters. You'll want to join the mailing list to get the full AG experience.
Some brave players have taken up the task of updating and releasing the unofficial AG FAQ, which has been growing for many years now. I suspect you could find a copy of the old version if you asked on the guild mailing list.
Lastly, Hugh welcomes your questions and comments! Email him at ag@epmgames.com

1.3. The turn deadline says before Monday. What does that mean exactly? And what happens to late orders?
Standard procedure is for me to copy the combat orders and messages off of the web database on Monday morning, sometime between 8 and 9 am central time. That's the cut-off for submitted orders and GM notes as well.
Unless I stick to a tight schedule it gets much harder to send out turn results on Wednesday or Thursday.
Trying to squeeze in late orders has often caused unforeseen trouble, so it is rarely done now. In general late orders are kept for the next turn, unless they are replaced.

1.4. Should I send you a payment using Express Mail?
Please don't. I'd much rather the amount spent on the Express Mail went into your AG account instead. Just use regular First Class mail service.

1.5. Any guidelines on emails to the GM?
Emails to ag@epmgames.com with the subject "GM Note" are the surest way to communicate with me. My email program automatically filters these to their own mailbox, so they won't be mingling with the junk mail in my In box.
On Mondays these are printed and handled before turn processing if necessary. Others that need a reply are dealt with after turns are sent out, usually on Thursday or Friday.
That means if your GM Note shows up after Monday morning it might not be dealt with until the following week.
If your matter needs to be handled as soon as possible, please use the subject "GM Note Urgent!" and I'll try to check it as quick as I can.

1.6. When filling in an Extra Action on the Improvement form, I get a warning that says 'Unrecognized Extra Action verb.' What's that about?
You've either made a typing error, such as entering 'Destory Item 1002' when you really want 'Destroy Item 1002', or you're entering an Extra Action that isn't yet recognized by this form because it hasn't been worked into the automated system yet.
If the action you are entering is not listed just above on the web form then you have nothing to worry about... ignore the warning.

1.7. I have Magic Leather Armor and Dragonhide Leather Armor. How do I specify which one I want to wear?
On the combat equipment section of the form pick 'special' just like you would if you only had one of them. When the system is equipping your character it will select the first one it comes across. If you used the Magic Leather Armor last time, it will be the one selected this time. To change from the special weapon or armor used last time send Hugh a GM Note asking for the item switch.
